Comment: Here is an extremely rare occurrence: Pretty but not heated tanzanite. Straight up the gem shows petrol blue and green with a distinct color zone running right through the center, symmetric and clearly visible; as if God sat down and thought of something extra nice to create for us. Turning the gem we find purple, violet and more aggressive greens and blues. See big images (if we make that many there is much to see!). Precision cut; and hardly any inclusions even under the lens. GRS certified unheated zoisite from Tanzania. This is the first Tanzanite in our stock because they usually aren't very pretty or they are cooked. This is the one exception a collector of untreated gemstones waits years for.
