Comment: Obviously this sapphire needs some window-tolerance. Though it is well cut (as in precise-and-flawless) the rough crystal was too shallow to fully close the center. In a pendant you will be rewarded with a highly visible and unique gem of nearly 9x8mm. Rare size in Montana sapphire. Biggest (in carat and dimension) of all our 2011 out-put. Many Montanas end up as Beryllium-treated pinks in Asia. Imagine: dyed pink and then sold on the streets of Bangkok. What a shame! One has to appreciate the authentic identity of such a gem: Rather bright and real, than pink and false.
