Comment: Various shades of green, yellow and brown plus a strong vertical blue layer just in the center make this sapphire quite a study. Needless to say this is nothing you will see twice. In this kind of gems the true superiority of colored stones over all those boring diamonds is obvious. Like any human being such a natural colored gem has a unique and 100% distinguishable character of its own. Though made of the same basic components as other sapphires they are completely different in appearance. Add a hand-cut and you have something modern shopping-mall rarely have to offer: A true one-of-a-kind product.
