Comment: We bought this gem as ruby, and other labs might certify it as such but we don't push it. As the image shows, this is a color-stone (not a luster-stone). It is silky and even shows some blue inclusions (typical for Winza). While looking somewhat "roughish" under the lens (and the camera) it is a nice and affordable piece of unheated pink-red corundum. In this color strength not too small for a pendant. Great especially in little light. Bargain. Unheated natural corundum (and any other gem) is getting more costly by the hour.
