Comment: Beliky color change garnets are the best there have ever been. 100% color change from a deep marine blue-green at day to berry red at night and a million in-betweens (deep violet, purple and magenta). The day color is dark and very hard to capture on camera (sometimes, in cold neon light, there is an extremely intense green which we have never seen before in any other gem). This 0.70 is free of inclusions but the outer shape is a bit asymmetric (we assume an honest evaluation is appreciated here). The rough Beliky garnet is already handled as super-value and thus the cutter safe ever carat-point the can. Yet, to the eye, and especially when set, this asymmetry will be invisible. Such a gem always has a new color for you to discover, even after years. That is the way high-end gemstones are - they are not for fast consumption but grow over time and the longer you have them the better they get.
