Shipment

Our prices include world wide shipping with registered express airmail.

Shipping will need 3-6 working days within Europe, the USA and Japan, and maximum ten days to more exotic locations. Express airmail is absolutely reliable, free of tax hassle and will need your signature.

Express airmail, insurance, export-taxes, packaging (gem box, pouch, recyclable padded envelopes) are included in our prices.

If you prefer an advanced service you have the option to upgrade to UPS during the check-out. UPS offers online tracking and 48 hours delivery worldwide. UPS also requires a signature. Upgrading to UPS will add $75 to your cost.

Contact us if you have additional questions and need different services. We can deliver anywhere, anytime and to a any adress other than a P.O. Box.

Wild Fish stones leaving Colombo are officially examined and registered by the Sri Lankan State Gem Authority.

Timing

As a rule, all stones are shipped within 48 hours.

We will send you an email to confirm our outgoing date and give you the estimated arrival at your address.

In case of delay please inform us so we can track the delivery.

For the impatient: Please consider, every stone needed millions of years to be created. Give it a few days to come to you.

Customs

There is no import duty on colored gemstones in the USA, Europe and Canada.

In other countries you may be looking at less than 1% of the declared value for loose gems and less than 3% for jewelry. Also you will be able to recover VAT as a professional buyer.
