Comment: This precision cut sapphire comes on sale because it is a tint darkish. Though it shows great buzz for the camera, the handshot reveals that it is medium dark 80, which is considered borderline, though it never looks black, never. No inclusions, only barely visible under the lens. Great cutting. No window. Deepest purple and violet, at times seemingly zoned but this turns out to be an optical illusion, the color does not change throughout the stone. Full sized certified unheated sapphire. Big, and dark, enough for a gent's ring. Charming light and color effects.
