Comment: Different from RORU070, a brilliant flashy character, lighter toned, full luster, moving betwen pink and red, plus orange, and some purple. Like 0.70 an almost antique high-quality hand-cut in round diamond-style. Barely visible inclusions only under the lens: colorless clouds of crystal-structures. No window, even a tilt-window is hard to find, meaning the gem sparkles from all directions - proof that traditional hand-cutting must not be flawed as the somewhat derogative term 'native cutting' implies; these gems have been in cut in South Africa from Mozambique rough, long before Mozambique became famous for its copper-bearing paraiba-style tourmalines. The main image shows only color, while a full-brilliancy image was elusive, maxing out at 66%, though 90% is visible in person. As pleochroic as 0.70, but the purple and yellow remains hidden behind red and pink (at least in the view axis), plus a full dash of orange to my eye. Note, how from 0.70 carat to 1.28 carat we gained just over one mm in diameter (with equal depth), showing that in 3D every additional mm adds serious weight, mathematically obvious but worth mentioning. 7mm, however, is a good size for any ladie's ring. Budget limits in colored gems should be tackled via size rather than (in decending order) clarity, cut, or color; but opinions may differ.
