Pure deep green round emerald with a semi-transparent body, depending on your POV (the IGI report says 'transparent'). Most impotantly, as the images show, the gem is always pure green, no yellow, no grey, like most Sandawana emeralds, which is what makes them so special: their persistently strong hues in all sizes and shapes. Note that one carat is well above average for Sandawanas, see further readings below. Pretty perfectly round, IGI certified origin 'Zimbabwe', and oil-only. Suitable for an individual gent's ring or a pendant. Let us make you a package deal with setting included. The main image caught a lot of day light but see the handshots to balance for a comparison in low light. Note the blue 'pencil stroke' in the outer edge under 'more images', a lovely detail to study under the lens, yet invisible to the eye and a perfect mark for your one-only jewel! At under $2k/ct, still a bargain for a 6+mm round emerald from the most precious origin for emerald collectors; including all Wild Fish perks, lab-report, free global shipping, grading papers, WLT land purchase in your name, our Leadership donor at the NhRP, and, if you like, a personalized setting in your own design, the final frontier of luxury.
