Comment: Double certified natural untreated Mogok Star Ruby. Fresh pinkish red body and just the right silk to produce a star but stay almost transparent. Rare collector gem. No excess weight in the back hence looking bigger than normal three carat stars. No-nonsense investment gem and high-end jewelry material. See additional images with and without star, under the sun, and on different backgrounds. We managed to make a hand-shot with star, not an easy feat getting torch, gem and camera in one perfect position and hold still. Brighter hue than 3.84 with an almost equally fine star, clearly oval in shape and a full face-up. Don't be confused, the fact that we have two such rarities in stock does not mean they are readily available as a web search will show. First certified by a qualified local lab in Burma, then re-confirmed by AIGS.
