Breach

Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate and/or refuse to provide our services to you: (a) if you breach this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; (b) if we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or us; or (c) if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

Fraud

Without limiting any other remedies, Wild Fish may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our or any other ecommerce site.

Access and Interference

Our web site contains robot exclusion headers and you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Wild Fish web site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. Return Policy

If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 (Seven) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You will have to carry the costs of transport from you to the address given in written form to you by Wild Fish.

Instructions on how to return the item will be sent in an email detailing the return process. You must also contact Wild Fish in order to receive a return authorization number before making your shipment - packages that do not have a proper authorization code can not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We can only process your request after we have inspected the returned item and verified that its condition is undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted. Any wear or damage in a gemstone is likely to result in minute changes that can dramatically affect the value of the gemstone. For this reason, we cannot accept any gemstone in return that has been mounted, polished, chipped, fractured, dropped or altered in any way whatsoever. We strongly recommend that you do not mount your gemstone until after the inspection period is over as to avoid any mishaps and that it be kept in an insured, safe place while in your possession. During the inspection period, you are completely liable for the item. All returned items must be in the original box, with all original packing materials and intact original lab certificates.

Returns will take around one week to process once we have the item back in our office. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the item.

Privacy and Technology

Wild Fish uses the information we collect only to process orders and to provide information to you as far as you have requested. We do not sell or trade or rent your personal information to others.

The contact information you give us is only used to contact you in the way you have authorized us to or if there is an urgent problem with your account or product. Financial information that is collected is only used to bill you.

Our site uses different forms for information and communication purposes. We collect the content of these forms only to assess what items our customers would like to see in the future, which information they are interested in and what type of merchandise they seek.
